Furnace Service - New Homeowner
We recently bought a home and wanted to make sure our furnace was ready for winter. Day of appointment I was notified via text and email saying our tech was on the way. I love that they included a picture of them so you know who to expect. Ed came and was able to answer all our questions. As new homeowners we had lots of questions, and he took the time to explain things to us. He serviced our furnace and was able to troubleshoot an issue with one of the wires in our thermostat. Once he was done, he gave us a run-down of what he saw, what he recommends, and next steps. Definitely will book them again and hopefully we get Ed!

Our 30 point annual inspections are imperative to keep your system running safely and efficiently for you and also to find little things that may be wrong, like your thermostat wiring that he was able to fix for you!
