Basement concrete floor polished
As a home renovation contractor for 35 years, I have never had the opportunity to have polished concrete on one of my projects. We had the unfortunate situation on a home where the old basement slab had to be broken up, taken out and replaced with new. Well, talk about making lemon aide out of lemons. Normally I would have recommended tile and the owner would have suggested engineered wood but this time I recommended polishing the new slab.Unique Touch did a great job and provided us with a spectacular floor that resembles terrazzo at the cost of just the tile alone, before installation. They showed up when they said they would. Very professional team and I would use them again in an instant.
