I needed a roofing contractor to replace my Marley roof with asphalt shingles. As this is not a typical roof replacement job due to the complexity of the tile removal, it was important to select the right people for the job. George and his crew at Coverall Roofing was the perfect choice. In just 4 days, working from sun up to sun down, they completed the work. Moreover, the cleanup was very thorough so much so that you wouldn't know there had been work done on the site. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the work and I would undoubtedly recommend Coverall Roofing.

We just had Coverall Roofing replace our flat and main roof and they did an excellent job! Mark gave us a detailed, precise estimate and began work within a few days of our go-ahead. Both the crew who did the flat roof and the one who replaced the main one showed up on time on the days agreed to and completed the job efficiently. The property was left spotless after each job. The flat roof had four layers that had to be removed before the new one was applied while the main roof was removed, additional venting installed, flashing replaced, and all seams calked. Mark came by the day after completion and showed us pictures of the new roof captured by drone technology. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark or his brother George. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to meet the needs of the client. Great job, guys!

I've been worried about my aging roof since the start of the pandemic and had to get it done this fall, after being off work for a very long time. I have a house with three sections of flat roof and a shingled peak and a garage so I wanted someone who knew flat roofs.

Mark and his crew were amazing! From quote to completion and I paid the exact price he quoted me. He came quickly and gave me an estimate that day, actually went on the roof himself instead of using a drone (which many other companies used). He saw exactly what needed to be done, including the eaves work, and told me what sections were fine. I got 6 different companies to quote and Mark was by far the most accurate (some quoted that sections needed replacing that absolutely didn't need it, every company except Coverall missed or ignored the eaves work.)

Mark communicated well, quoted clearly, arrived when he said he would with a good sized team and they worked HARD all day. My roof had more layers than they expected, and the space they had to work in was quite tight but they managed to complete most of it in a day and came back to clean thoroughly and finish a few things the next morning.
I also researched shingle brands after using IKO on another home which constantly shed granules (apparently this is a common issue with that brand, and many roofers seem to use them) and Coverall uses Landmark and Malarkey which look great and don't shed nearly as much!

Only good things to say about Coverall! My flat roof was in terrible condition and hadn't been properly stripped in 50+ years (if ever). It was a massive job with lots of room to find hidden problems, but Mark took that into account when he quoted the job, and it came in on time and on budget. When I say on budget, I mean it didn't cost a dollar more than the estimate. Mark is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. His team are hardworking, efficient and kept my lawn and gardens protected during the 3 day job.
In addition to my flat roof, they replaced the shingles on the garage and covered porch, and replaced all the eaves and downspouts. No complaints, I've already recommended them.

Coverall was recommended by next door neighbours who had their roof done 5 years ago. Mark was responsive, offered what I thought was a very reasonable quote (much lower than two other quotes for comparable products/service), and was just a pleasant person to interact with. On the day of the roof replacement we were away and my father in law came to check in on the work. Mark's crew gave my FOL constant updates throughout the day as to status and what and why they were taking each step. Our neighbours reported excellent clean up. There were some "surprises" when the crew got to work (an issue with the chimney, birds nests, wood under the flat roof needing replacement). The additional cost for these fixes was so reasonable - and they really didn't have to be because at that point realistically they could have given us an expensive quote and we wouldn't have had much of a choice but to take it. I thought that was very classy. We are thrilled with the way our new roof looks and expect it will last a long time. Highly recommend Coverall.

I contacted 4 roofing companies and Coverall was the only one to get back to me. George call me promptly and showed up the next day for an estimate. When the time came for the installation his crew showed up, on time, and did an amazing job! They moved all my furniture and covered my deck and driveway. They even fixed our eavestroughs. After they completed the job they cleaned everything up. You would not know they had even been there. Completely satisfied with George and Coverall.

We had a great experience with coverall roofing and can easily recommend their services. We needed replacing a shingles roof, a flat roof and eaves/soffits. We asked a few companies for quotes and George from Coverall Roofing was by far the most professional- he came right away and took time to look around and understand our needs. He made a few suggestions that changed our project - for the better - and was very responsive with questions after he left. The price was fair and in line with other quotes. Once the time came to start the work the crew of 6 showed up on time - very professional and respectful of us and neighbors. The work was completed over a couple of days and it looks fantastic! We had an independent roof inspector take a look at the end work and he was extremely complementary- his words: “it’s really nice to see the work from someone that knows what they are doing!”. He didn’t have a single critique to the work. The roof inspector was happy with the final work and I was very happy too. I would recommend Coverall Roofing without concerns.

Let me start by saying I don’t often leave reviews but sometimes a company is so exceptional that I would be remiss not to post something. Coverall roofing, and specifically George, were outstanding. I had to find a roofing company remotely to help my parents (I live in another country) with their roof which was already leaking so a bit of an emergency situation. I looked up reviews and Coverall seemed to be a good bet. I did get another company to quote as well and both came in around the same price but George quoted better materials. The big difference though was George. His communication was excellent and he swung by within a couple of days to go look at my parents’ roof and take photos of it with his drone so that I could see the situation. We worked out a plan and with rains coming, George was able to schedule us within a week. On the day of, a team of six roofers showed up early in the morning and got right to work. George forwarded me photos during the day so that I could see the progress and the crew worked late into the evening to get the entire job done in one day. My parents said the crew were very pleasant and professional and that their cleanup was spotless. At the end of the day George forwarded me more photos of the finished product and it all truly looked great. My parents live in a Victorian house with a high, sloping roof so thanks to the drone we could see a lot of photos (pre, during, post) which would have been difficult to impossible to really see as a whole otherwise. Throughout the process George made it amazingly easy and painless. A rarity when comes to these type of jobs. I would recommend Coverall roofing whole heartedly. Thanks George! Absolutely fantastic!
