Our neighbour's house fire crossed over into our house. It burnt over 50 percent of our building.

In order to repair the damage caused by the fire and water we had to produce architectural and structural drawing by professional engineers . After meeting several engineers and architects, we decided to go with Arvin and Pezhman of Rigid Frame Structural Engineers Inc.

Their service and consultation covered: the full Architectural and Engineering drawings; HVAC and plumbing; and most importantly, obtaining the necessary permits from the city of Toronto. Both Arvin and Pezhman always took the time to provide us with the answer when any question arose during the construction work.

Arvin and Pezhman were able to come out to the renovation site quickly and were thorough in their assessment of the work recommended to be completed. They ensured I understood the work required and provided the drawings within their promised time frame and agreed upon cost. They responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

After doing a lot of research to find an engineer, I was so pleased with Pezhman's work. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He is a great communicator. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He is honest, reliable and a very skilled engineer! My drawings were accepted as submitted to the city without any followup needed with the city. Our home was destroyed by a fire. Pezhman and Arvin were quick and efficient with supplying us with the a scope and reasonable estimate. The process for obtaining a permit is complicated and slow. Rigid Frames provided the architectural drawings and structural drawings which needed to be revised several times. They met all deadlines as promised.
