AVOID | Careless work and extremely poor customer service
I gave these folks a sofa to re-cover on my sister's recommendation.
When my sofa was returned to me, it was missing two bolsters and one leg. I foolishly paid them on the basis of their promise to deal with the missing items. Big mistake.
I emailed and phoned them for a year asking when I would get the missing parts of my sofa. My emails were ignored. When I got her on the phone, Romina made excuses, told me she had to speak to Allan, then never called me back. This happened several times.
I gave Romina a deadline to get back to me this week with a delivery date for the missing items. She, as usual, did not get back to me. The value of the missing items is not worth suing over, so all I can do is warn others that the quality of the work done by this shop had declined, badly, and their customer service is non-existent. I've even noticed that the fabric on my sister's sofa -- which I had initially admired -- has started to sag after only a few years' use. AVOID.
