Customer service on the phone was polite and cheerful. Tyler called with an estimated arrival time and explained all work need in detail and with photos. Tyler completed everything in a timely manner and provided a detailed invoice.
One of my pet peeves with contractors is the mess that is normally left behind - Tyler cleaned up all materials and left no mess.
All these years I had the wrong type of venting material and didn't even know it. Glad I called when I did. I even got some best practice dryer tips for the future. I am thrilled to have safe venting now and will see Tyler in a year for my annual cleaning with their Lifetime Guarantee.
