Thankfully, a caring neighbour put me on to this after she had Tyler do work for her. I am rather untrusting in situations such as this and was prepared to shoo him from my home at the first scent of a con. However, Tyler was most professional, honest, amicable and helpful at all phases of the operation. He shared pictures that were taken at each phase, and noticed a couple of glaring problems related to poor installation of dryer and vents. He promised me that my dryer would work much more efficiently and he was right! I am astounded that I have a "new" dryer and can actually dry both bed sheets at the same time! Bravo, Tyler! I have raved about you and passed on your business card to many others!

Customer service on the phone was polite and cheerful. Tyler called with an estimated arrival time and explained all work need in detail and with photos. Tyler completed everything in a timely manner and provided a detailed invoice.

One of my pet peeves with contractors is the mess that is normally left behind - Tyler cleaned up all materials and left no mess.

Great experience beginning to end. Staff (Booking Appointment) very friendly. Tyler was very punctual, friendly, and professional. During the process, he takes the time to explain the entire duct cleaning process and answer all my questions. Unlike a lot of home services, Tyler does not try to upsell with unwanted extras. We went ahead and the results were eviden! That night when we used the Dryer, drying time was reduced to almost 60%! Glad I called this company! Thank you!

Tyler is a true professional! He called in advance to notify of the time of arrival, and was extremely helpful in sorting out what needed to be done. The photos he took were very useful in explaining the necessity for the job to be done asap. The amount of lint build up was astounding, and also had been a store house for chipmunks as evidenced by the acorns inside!

Excellent work. Replace all dryer vent for me, which was done by those guys know nothing about city code. The old vent was easily got fire and not properly installed. He open my dryer clean up all the dust and change the water hose for me. He taught me a lot of safe issue that I never know, such as use the dryer more efficiently & safely. Don't turn on dryer and go out when the dryer is on.
