Appliance Repair Master

I called Appliance Repair Master and they sent a company called D & C appliance repair to look at a leaking washing machine at a rental condo. I was told the repair could be done in 2 days. Then they cancelled the appointment because the parts hasn't arrived. I called and was told parts would arrive the next day and rescheduled the appointment again with my tenant. Again they were a no show and reschedule again for a later date. After a 3rd no show, my tenant had enough and refused to deal with them. I just ordered a new washing machine instead of dealing with these dishonest and unprofessional people.
