Didn't complete job or clean up after
Master bedroom, hallways and living room painted in August. Walls generally look good, but were dissappointed in following areas:
- portions of quote not complete due to negligence and lack of buffer time between jobs
- painter did not clean up after (left paint bucket on kitchen counter and roller on living room floor)
- outlet plates - poorly replaced and one replaced with loonie sized chip. Only after bringing to painters attention was it fixed

Hi M&C, thank you for your feedback. I personally take full responsibility for the missed items - the 2 sets of baseboards. We itemize our quote for a reason - so we can be clear on the scope of the work.
I have spoken to my team about our clean up and leaving items out of place at the end of the day is not typical. We have to clean up every day, every week, every year and this should not have been missed.
