Great service from start to finish! The free home quote was at our convenience and very friendly. The installers, Chris and Lorne were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything about the install to us before they left...even waiting a later extra for my husband to come home. They left the furnace room tidier than they found it. They even put up with screaming kids and our dogs inspecting their every move! I would highly recommend them and we are already booking a water heater install with them.

The receptionist was very polite. The tech came out in the middle of the night and had the fan fixed in no time. Great price. Great service. Best in Calgary!

Great, professional and friendly troubleshooting of my furnace issue. Only charged be for what was required based on the troubleshooting. Would recommend Reliance and use then again. A+

Everyone we spoke to within the company was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Tanya, the office manager, was very informative, took the time to answer the many questions we had, if she wasn't sure of the answer she called the City to find out and got back to us promptly, and was always pleasant to talk to. Both of our service guys, Skyler and Chris, were really great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and were quick to make recommendations if things were outside their area of expertise. Their service was excellent, the quality of work they did was great, their price was the one of the better quotes I received, they were considerate enough to call and let us know that they would be a little late, and were always quick to return calls. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our hot water tank started to leak Sunday night. We placed a call and had a prompt response. They were polite, kept us well informed of cost, neat and efficient. Would recommend them again to anyone!!! Very happy customer.
