Amazing work!!! Called Aaron's at 4:30pm on Monday as my hot water tank was leaking. Plumber told me over the phone how to shut of the water to the hot water tank and how to switch off the breaker and drain down the tank to save time and money before he arrived. He had a new tank delivered this morning and he switched out the old for the new. They kept the price that was quoted over the phone. I highly recommend Aaron & Son Plumbing.

I would normally give a 5 star rating as they do good work, are nice guys and come when they say they are going to. This is all great and not overly common in the contractor business so Kudos guys..keep it up. I said only 3 star, and would not recommend for one simple reason - both times their cost was well above expectations based on my past experiences with plumbers. The first call was an emerg call at 11 pm...took him 10 mins, charge was 400 dollars. 2nd call, was about an hour and a half...charged 400 for labour and an extra 150 for parts...both seemed higher than they should. Would have expected around 450. But...good guys, and reliable...you can decide for yourselves.

I called Aaron & Son Plumbing to have my new toilet that I purchased installed. When I called Aaron & Son Plumbing I was pleasantly greeted by a plumber on the phone (not an answering service or receptionist) who was able to answer my question and even give me a quote over the phone of the total cost to remove my old toilet and replace it with my new toilet. The plumber said that he would be able to come out that day and would be able to be there within an hour. To my surprise an hour later the plumber actually showed up to our house as promised and the whole job was completed within an hour as he had also promised on the phone. We found Aaron and Son Plumbing through friends, and had just gotten a new washer and dryer. We hired them to install a neww laundry box system to get rid of our ugly laundry tub. At their suggestion we purchased the system and they quickly installed it for is, great work.

For the renovation of our upstairs washroom, we hired Aaron & Son Plumbing to do the main piping and sink installation. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with the final product. The installation went and looked great.

I found Aaron & Son Plumbing through yellow pages on Saturday November 19, 2016. We had problems taking out the flange so we called for service. They told us the service technician would be here in one hour, and they would be charging $100 for the service call plus $200 per hour of labor. They did arrive within the hour and the technician (Jaime) reviewed/analyzed the initial problem. He originally told us he had all flanges in his vehicle. Once he completed his analysis, he informed us that he in fact did not have the part, and told us he would be leaving for "20 minutes" to pick up the correct piece from his personal supplier. He called 1 hour and 20 minutes later telling us that he was still waiting to get serviced and that the supplier was going through inventory at that time. He said he would return shortly. 20 minutes after the phone call he returned, and we questioned why he didn't pick up the part from the Home Depot five minutes away from the house. He was adamant that the part would not be there even before checking. He completed his work within 30 minutes. He presented us with the bill and we were shocked to see that the total price was $485 for labor yet he was only in the house for a total of 1 hour max (including the initial analysis time). We questioned the labor charges and stated that his extended time on the road should not be part of the total cost. He refused to negotiate on pricing, so we paid the bill reluctantly but would never recommend this company again. He took advantage of the price per hour, when it would have been much less if he had gone down the street. We are positive that a big corporation such as The Home Depot would have the part that was needed. We are very disappointed with their service, and we will NOT be contacting them in the future. Please buyer beware.

We had new counters placed in our kitchen and decided to upgrade our faucet. Once the counters installed we still did not have a plumber selected to install the new faucet and reconnect the plumbing. I did a quick search looking for a local plumber that not only would be able to do the job on the same day but, would also be able to do a great job. I read some reviews for Aaron & Son's Plumbing and contacted them. My first call was greeted by a professional person that was able to commit and deliver on their promise to do work. We appreciate the service and we have running water. Thanks!

They came out right away on a Sunday afternoon to replace my laundry tub pump. I provided the pump and left the installation instructions out for the guy to read. He installed the pump in about an hour and left. Within a few minutes all his connections were leaking. He used the wrong kind of thread seal (the manual said to use teflon tape and NOT the pipe dope that he used. He made it sound like he was doing me a favour to come back and fix his mistake, but he did come back right away and after another hour it was fixed. Read the instructions next time!
