I would like to thank Adriano and Michael for their professional, prompt service and excellent care for my home. I initially vetted Luxury Window Coverings on Homestars and was very impressed with Adriano and Michael's glowing reviews. Immediately upon meeting Adriano for our initial consultation, he educated me on the best product for my home, and demonstrated why I should go with Mandalay shades...I was really impressed with his product knowledge and casual, non-pushy approach to conducting business with me.
He was extremely fair in his pricing of the product, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. What I really like about Adriano is that he does what he says, and says what he does. He delivered the product exactly when he projected it would arrive, and installation was a breeze for these pros. Michael, the installation master, was patient, and really added value to the process by suggesting how to best fit my shades into a narrow window frame. He completely went above and beyond the call of duty (these guys really know how to please their customers). Adriano was involved in every step of this process, and made sure I was happy with the end product before we finished up for the day.
