During the recent freeze/thaw weather in Ontario, the flat roof at my business (daycare centre) leaked! I was stressing over loss of business, etc., I was calling every roofer in the phone book. One of the places I called was Howes Bros., and while they were just as busy as everyone else, they came out to have a quick look, and could clearly see the pressure we were under to ensure this did not affect business and families. They were there off and on for days melting and scraping the ice on my roof, then constructed a pitched/sloped roof to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Ben and Josh Howes, along with their crew, were WONDERFUL! Josh kept me informed every step of the way on what he felt was the best way to proceed, brought me siding and shingle samples, and the guys were very considerate of the staff and children in the other parts of the centre.
