Dishwasher Leaking Water On The Floor
Our dishwasher was leaking water on the floor and through to the basement below. We weren't sure if it was a plumbing problem or a appliance problem. We called a plumber and he quickly diagnosed the issue as being where the water line connects to the dishwasher, i.e. the water inlet valve was broken. He said to call an appliance repair person. Based on the reviews on HomeStars I called TopTech and I wasn't disappointed. He quickly responded to me, found the part, and said he'd come by between 12-2 the next day. He arrived promptly at 12 and was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem in about an hour including testing that the problem was fixed. He also gave me some tips about my dishwasher. Overall I was pleased by the responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to call and would recommend to family and friends.
