I was very impressed with the service. They showed up exactly on time. They unpacked and installed the dishwasher and even took the old one to the curb for me. Very professional and courteous.

My tenants called as the washing machine had stopped working. I checked HomeStars and TopTech had the best reviews with very reasonable charges, especially since they offered a flat rate. I spoke with Mors directly. I scheduled a time and date and met him at the apartment. He is polite, respectable and checked the machine and explained it could be one of two problems, either the pump was broken OR something was clogging the propellor. He was very careful in draining the machine and cleaned up any splashes. Luckily it was just a clogging issue. I can't speak for the company overall but if I have any problems in the future, I'm calling them and asking for Mors directly. It's not everyday you get a great technician who does their job professionally and quickly. I highly recommend Mors at TopTech!

Let's face it. No one wants to spend money on repairing appliances. Yes, you can complain they don't last as long as long as the ones built decades ago. But that does very little to getting your clothes clean when your washer leaks. And when you call for repair service, the technicians don't consider that your time is also valueable, and give you 4-8 hour slots or arrive late.

Due to the preious reviews posted on Homestars, I contacted Top Tech Appliance Service. Mors came out to diagnose the leaky washer problem within the hour timeframe he initially informed me. Mors followed through with subsequent phone calls and visits when he told me he would call and visit. Rates were reasonable. Came professionally dressed, and answered questions in a way I did not feel silly. Highly recommended.

My fridge stopped working one night and I looked online for service. Almost every company I looked at had bad reviews. Then I called TOPTECH and was surprised someone answered the phone after 8pm. Mors came out the next day on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He gave a fair assessment and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again if I had any appliance problems.

This is a 10 plus company regarding cordiality, efficiency and price. I called on Sunday and within less than 2 hours all was done in good order. I can recommend to all who need most strongly and without any reservations whatsoever. Just call Mr. Mors!

The bake element in my stove died on a Friday night ! I had used
Mors at Energytech once before so I called him and he came
on Saturday morning.Unfortunately he did not have the part so
had to return on Monday. The repair was done efficiently and
reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I called Top Tech services to come and fix issue with my washing machine, the price that they gave me was pretty acceptable in comparison with other companies. Technician Mors came on time, he could fix the issue perfectly.

my fridge was not cooling. I called and left a message for the technician and the company return my call within 5 minutes. The technician arrived within the hour and he was able to diagnose the issue with the fridge, replace the necessary parts and cleanup the mess all within an hour.He was extremely courteous, helpful and seemed very trustworthy.The price was very reasonable.
