In 2020 spring, I had a Carpenter Ant problem. I had no idea how the carpenter ants were coming inside the home and it got progressively worse as the weather warmed in Spring. I reached out to Peter Power Pest control after reading the reviews that Peter is great at finding the root cause. When Peter arrived, he immediately found the root cause, which was our backyard sliding patio door. The carpenter ants were living inside the bottom of the sliding doors where the wood was moist. Peter recommended I change the sliding door, which I did. To our wonderful delight, we saw no more carpenter ants after replacing the sliding door. Thank you Peter for all your help, you are the best at what you do.

Contacted Power Pest Control through their website, received a quick call back from Peter. My wife was very impressed with him when she spoke to him over the phone. We set up an appointment from him to come and do a treatment. He arrived on time and assessed the front of the house and the problem areas. We have a bay window and a fixed awning at the front of the house. He explained that it would be a little more difficult but it wouldn't be a problem. He went right to work and got the job done. He answered any questions I had and made suggestions to prevent carpenter bees i the future, I would highly recommend this company

I hired Peter to take care of an ant problem in the early winter last year. He explained possible sources of entry, recommended treatment, and even home repairs to prevent it from becoming a recurring problem.

After a month the problem persisted and he did not hesitate to answer follow up questions over the phone and make treatment recommendations without charging extra.

I eventually moved ahead with some home repairs he recommended to resolve the issue, came out two more times to keep the ants at bay throughout the winter, and even coordinated with other trades to make sure the problem was going to be dealt with once and for all (months later due to Covid).

I choose Peter for his reviews and I was very happy with the outcome. Peter was responsive and he listened to my concerns. He made some suggestions and tried a couple of things. He had to come back 3 times but he did so voluntarily and without complaint. He's a solid, stand up guy that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to family and friends. He also really knows his stuff and is very friendly and personable. Only small issue is that he's pretty busy so you may have to wait a bit. He even recommended other people to me when he couldn't get to me right away but I decided to wait for him and was glad I did. Peter was fabulous! We had a very active situation of casemaking moths in our entire house. Peter worked very hard with us to eradicate them. He had to come back 3 times as they were very persistent. He was very committed to working with us to make sure we got rid of them. It worked! We are now moth free and very pleased.

Peter is remarkable. I don't know how I happened upon him but I did, thankfully. We watched wasps enter underneath our addition, where we like to sit outside. Peter identified the problem, removed the nest, and concurrently advised us we had a lot of "rat droppings"...rather mortifying. Peter immediately advised us of the correct course of action, and the right trades to contact. He also came and placed traps, hence the $300 cost for the broader project. Each trade was incredible and professional and got the job done. We are very, very happy with Peter. He should be your "go to" person if you have an issue with pests of any sort.

I am really pleased with choosing Peter for the job. We had a minor infestation of cockroaches. Before we decided to hire a professional we spent a couple of months and a few buckets of all kind of chemicals from the retail stores (starting from Reid and ending with Ammonia Cleaner). We thought we would died ourselves first from applying all that stuff diligently and generously every night , and yet, from time to time we could see one or two survivors... until we finally called Peter.... One visit and problem solved. The price is moderate, 6 months warranty, 1 mandatory follow up visit! I wish we called Peter sooner! Also Peter is very punctual and discreet!

The owner, Peter, arrived on time for our appointment to remove a wasp nest inside the siding of our house. After assessing the situation, Peter effectively treated the wasp nest and also carpenter bees. The nest has been eliminated and we can enjoy our backyard again.
