Gutter cleaning service

House & Apartment Cleaning review in Toronto

We hired Nick's Window Cleaning for gutter (eaves trough) cleaning in September 2017. Service was done on time without any problems. However after the winter (June 2018), we noticed that some guards (metal nets) are somehow loose and could be dropped on the pedestrian sidewalk. I called company, explained everything and got an immediate response. Nick came and reset all the guards next day.
Excellent service, excellent team, highly recommended!

We hired Nick's Window Cleaning for gutter (eaves trough) cleaning in September 2017. After the work was done (I wasn't at home at that time) I noticed that the gutter guards (metal nets) are not tightly installed back. Some of them 'yes', and some of them (two) - 'no'. Having this cleaning experience first time in my life, I didn't anticipated that it could lead to some problems later. After the winter, I noticed that the loose guards could be dropped on the pedestrian sidewalk and it became really dangerous. I called company and spoke to Angelina. Unfortunately, they aggressively refused to fix the problem, explained me that I had only 48 hours to call them back for any concerns, and offered me to pay again for their service. Definitely, I don't need the cleaning again and to pay $149+tax = $168 for just 5 minute work to reset 2 nets I consider completely unacceptable.
