Ceiling Specialists: Popcorn Ceiling Removal

There was alot of old water damage in our home from prior leaks in the living room popcorn ceiling, and a large piece of drywall cut out of the kitchen ceiling( by a plumber). I was worried about an upcoming home appraisal, so I decided to call several highly rated companies that came up in the search on homestars. I was surprised that a few companies would not even come out to quote the work if it didn't meet their minimum fee. And from the companies I called, they would not paint the ceiling after removal of stucco and repairs, so the cost of this work was high. He didn't talk about minimum fees and just asked a few questions about the job. He arranged for his staff, Carlos, to come out. Carlos discussed what would be the process, the timeline and the price. Ceiling Specialists really provided an affordable solution for this project within our budget. Carlos and Jordan came to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! With advanced equipment, the process was complete within 3 days. Stucco was removed with a dustless extraction method. Repairs completed. After skimcoats, ceilings were then primed and painted. Then cleanup. I really want to convey that the Ceiling Specialists are the real deal. With a 2 year warranty on the work, this proves they really stand by their work. Professional. Efficient. Affordable. It was not just about doing the work quickly to get paid. They did not even require a deposit up front! Ceiling Specialists really do their work with a great attention to detail and care.
