Downstairs and Upstairs Hallway Stucco and Pot Lights

What can I say? Answer: A lot!

Louie and his team were beyond incredible! I even think Louie may have invented the term "going the extra mile" and "customer satisfaction". I wish I had before and after pictures because our ceilings are smooth and crisp to perfection. Not one mark or blemish anywhere! To top it off, the stucco is still there but Louie and his team did such an amazing job with the plastering, sanding and painting that you cannot even tell! I should mention that I got a bunch of quotes and Louie was the only one who didn't want to take the easy route of just stapling drywall on the ceiling and painting it which is much simpler and less messy! Now to be clear, this is a messy job which Louie told us upfront that it would be but his team were incredible and absolutely professional cleaning up as they went along and tried to minimize the dust. Bar none, probably the most professional and kind crew I have ever seen. This is one of our first major renovations on this house and we were very nervous about being ripped off but Louie answered all of my questions and allayed any concerns. He didn't even take a deposit or any money up front! Talk about trust! How many contractors are willing to commit to a job without that?

It gets even better! After initially discussing installing pot lights with Louie, there was a bit of a misunderstanding and I thought we had agreed on brushed nickel lights but Louie's electrician ending up installing white lights instead. Fearing the wrath of my wife who had her heart set on brushed nickel to match other lights in the house, I had to make a dreaded call to Louie to see if we could fix this. Louie was not angry but instead called his electrician to see what could be done. Within 15 minutes he called me back and said he would come back at his own expense to replace the lights at no additional cost except for the cost price of the replacement lights! He came back within a week and changed them at his own expense just because he wanted us to be happy with the end product. Again, how many contractors do you know who would do that? Not many in case your wondering. Btw, he even let us keep the white lights he replaced in case we change our mind (wife's decision unbeknownst to me!!)!
