Total Security installed cameras at my home in the fall of 2022. Ray was excellent to work with from the beginning to the completion of the project. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and patient with those who have limited technical skills
One often wonders what the service will be like once the job is completed and paid for. Ray does not disappoint. He continues to respond in a very timely manner and tries to walk the client through
a solution over the phone which usually is all that is needed. If required, he will make a home visit.
Recently, Ray made an adjustment to my security system and and installed a doorbell camera, once again in a timely and skillful way.
