Worst customer service! Terrible job!
They broke my sprinkler heads. They never put signs up that they had sprayed my lawn - which by law they are required to do. They showed up on days they were not scheduled too, forcing me to reschedule my lawn cutting service. I watched them from my window when they came out to fertilize my lawn and the guy sped around so fast on his little machine that he didn’t even get close to the sides of my lawn and missed huge sections (I have just under 2 acres). When I would call into the office to complain the woman was clueless and couldn’t careless. I have left over have a dozen messages for the owner over the last month and not a call back yet. I will not be using this company next year and will urge my many neighbours to also take their business elsewhere!

Hi Sarah, I'm very sorry about the bad experience you had with LawnMart. I know that fixing the sprinklers for you took some
time and caused you inconvenience. Regarding the signs, we are only required to post a sign when we apply a bio-pesticide. Unlike most other companies that post signs advertising their work on every application, LawnMart doesn't believe in doing so as we know that all those signs end up in a landfill.
