Our hot water tank broke down and a friend of ours recommended to call Jon to come in to take a look at it. Jon was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that we understood what he'd be doing and provided us with a breakdown of the cost of everything before providing the service to avoid any misunderstandings. He also made sure we had all his contact information before he left in case we might have to call him for any other problems with the hot water tank or for something else. It's been a couple of months now and we have not had a problem!Definitely would recommend him to my family and friends!

My toilet was broken and needed replacement. Jon from Paradigm accommodated my schedule, finished the job quickly. I found Paradigm to be skilled and knowledgable in their work. Jon was professional and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend Paradigm.

Jon and his company were referred to me by a friend of mine so I decided to get him to do my bathroom renovation. We needed to install a sink, faucets, bathtub, redo the in wall piping etc. He did this multiple day project based around my schedule but he also handled delays caused by product supply and other trades professionally, he kept me informed on what he was doing and provide progress updates, prices were always discussed so there were no surprises and more importantly since the water shutoff affects the stack of units Jon took it upon himself to go to the unit below me and explain what work we are doing and how much noise to expect which also put me at ease as condo renovations can be troublesome.

To sum up, Jon did a fantastic job with his work but what separates him from other trades people is his professionalism and people skills which seem hard to find nowadays.

Jon was great in getting back to me quickly and helpfully when I first contacted Paradigm. He gave me an estimate the same day and scheduled the work at a convenient time shortly after. Removing the tank and tapping the lines proved to be a bit trickier than I had thought and Jon managed to analyze exactly what was going on in my 'energy efficient' and experimental house with its unique plumbing! Although the job took longer than he expected Jon didn't charge me any extra and was extremely professional and courteous.
Thanks to Jon we're in great shape and quickly too!

Jon was prompt, respectful, kind, and fast. He asked questions before making decisions that would effect the bathroom. He replaced the toilet in less than an hour, and I'm a big fan of his "paperless" billing. I would definitely recommend Jon/Paradigm to anyone at anytime.

We hired Jon for a replacement of our under the sink plumbing, replacing the fixtures, and to unplug the drains in the bathtub. He was very courteous, and was very fast and efficient. We have rehired him for different projects around the home and would highly recommend him.

I had a plumber that I used for the last 15 years. He was very unreliable. I had an emergency one evening and tried someone new. Jon showed up, was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. This visit earned him the contract for other work. The price was also comparible to the plumber that I used to use. I will be using him again.

I had a reoccurring issue over the past years with my house making a strange screeching noise every time someone flushes the toilet. I've brought in 4 different plumbers to diagnose the issue in the past and both of them failed to do so. The moment Jon arrive, he knew exactly what was wrong within 10mins. He told me I had a broken water main intake valve. (Which explains why my water main in the house has bursted multiple times in the past years!!) Jon replaced it and saved all my household water pipes from exploding!! I couldn't be more thankful for such a professional and well certified plumber!

Words cannot describe the level of professionalism, quality and efficiency with the overall experience from the initial diagnosis of the issue to the installation of the replacement. Will continue to call for all my plumbing needs.

Paradigm did an amazing job at my mothers house, they replaced all the bathtubs and toilets and sinks and put beautiful new ones in, the work was done very professionally and a job well done! Great pricing too :)
