New Leaf Landscaping

From the time we met the New Leaf Landscaping team, we have had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. The owners Justin and Joe, provided an extremely professional service working with us to completely redesign our entire backyard. They were very accommodating and always accessible for any of our questions throughout the process. The crew onsite were very polite and courteous, kept us fully informed on the progress and did a great job of tidying up at the end of each day. We are so pleased with the outcome of our yard and can not wait to enjoy it this summer!

This company signed a contract withe me for snow removal from October 15 to April 15. Early in March we had a major snow fall that filled my driveway and sidewalk almost 2 feet high. After numerous calls, emails and posting to their Facebook site, I received absolutely no contact. My snow was never removed and is now a frozen pile that makes my sidewalk treacherous. They did the same to my neighbour and at least one other customer according to their Facebook site. They have an F rating with the BBB because they never respond. I would never use this company again. They are totally unreliable. They breached our contract and have made no attempt to respond to my communications. The person I dealt with was Ryan Macdonald.
