She will tell you to send documents & provides the email - response received "we don't do that call us on the phone". Good luck trying to get the wrongful charges returned to your credit card, has now been over 3 weeks. If you get 4 different techs you will get 4 different answers. Techs have out of province licence plates, what's that about?
