I had 2 windows installed because my old ones were cracked and water leaked sometimes when it rained. The installation was flawless and the quality of the windows is awesome. I also had my back door replaced just as part of my home renovation project and it looks really nice. I am very please with the work done overall. Alex, the guy I talked to, was very helpful recommending the right windows. I recommend NorthShield hands down.
