While we are very happy with the surround, Geoff promised on many occasions to return to regrout once the original grouting had dried out and cracked. I asked multiple times, he said he would come at least 6 times but never came. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I just wanted the job completed as agreed.

My husband and I hired Foxcraft who custom made a GORGEOUS full fireplace surround and we couldn't be happier! The guys who came to install it were excellent and professional! So was both Geoff and his wife. We were also very impressed as to how quickly it was installed considering there are 3 to 4 separate steps involved. From the time we ordered it it was completed in less than 2 weeks. It is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING... a piece of art!! We highly recommend Foxcraft Stoneworks!!

We hired foxcraft to put in a fireplace in our den. We were quite unhappy with the process as well as the end result. The company would make an appointment to come out to our house and they would not show up, they would not phone, they would not return any of our calls. Apparently we paid more for a warranty that means nothing. While the project is finished, we still have cracks that we will have to pay another company to fix.
