Stevens Insulation is an exceptional company. We hired the company to insulate our home as part of a major home renovation. This included insulation of all the main floor walls, second floor walls, attic, skylights, basement, and rim joists. Firstly, Darren, the owner of the company, made several visits to our home in order to understand and develop a comprehensive and optimal insulation plan. His knowledge of the variety of insulation products on the market is exemplary and he genuinely encourages the homeowners to actively participate in the selection of insulation products. We had numerous conversations about the advantages and disadvantages of spray foam, fibreglass insulation, cellulose, etc. He answered all of our questions and provided sound reasoning and supportive data to develop a final plan. We also met with the other team members prior to commencement of the work. All of the team members were kind, polite and professional in their conduct. It was a delight to meet and speak with them everyday! They demonstrated proficiency in their trade and performed the work in a meticulous manner. The work was completed on time and we did not have to pursue the company to complete phase-2 of the project (attic insulation). Rather, Darren, proactively contacted us to coordinate when this could be done. Each day, after the work was completed, the job site was cleaned and kept tidy. When the project was finished, it looked like a work of art. We would not hire any other insulation company other than Stevens Insulation Services.
