Infinity Lock

Called Infinity Lock to request a replacement mailbox lock in a condo as the previous tenant didnt return the key. I received a callback within the hour and got an appointment within 2 days.
The technician called Friday morning to confirm that he was on his way and then again to let me know that hed arrived. He then removed the old lock discreetly and had the new one installed in 10 minutes. Very courteous and professional service.

Infiniti lock has always served this property well, with quick, reliable service at reasonable prices.

The key bent and would not work after only a few months. When I called they informed me there is no warranty on their product so have to pay full replacement cost. They also informed me that it takes on average 2 weeks to get a replacement key (which basically means you need to leave your door unlocked when you leave the house if you do not have a spare).

Our condo hired this company to change our locks. They changed my units lock when I was at work. I arrived home to an open door. They never locked up when they finished, and it was left unlocked all day. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Teribble service. Technician never showed up. The guy on the phone is extremely rude. Never using their service again! I tried calling them guy on the phone said its not even 5 yet, technician will show up before 5. He never showed up. Lost money at work because i had to leave work early because of these pricks. Dont even try calling them. Dont waste your time with these unprofessionals. I recommend you using someone else in the area. Im 100% sure they will do better job!
