Lisa was amiable, professional, and organized when we confirmed that she would be doing the drapes in my home and condo. It was clear that she was experienced and knew the true aesthetic that I was looking for and collaborated on she thought would be cohesive in my home. Through the installation process, she was responsive and prompt to act on my feedback. The drapes look beautiful in the home and I am more than pleased with this process overall.
