We recently contacted Jeff for a few concerns we we’re having around the house and we’re very happy with the work Jeff did. From the initial service call, Jeff was thorough and explained each step of the process and what fixing it would include. When he came back to do the work, Jeff was wonderful at explaining everything he was doing and gave helpful hints along the way of how to care for our plumbing over the winter season. We will certainly be using Jeff again in the future.
