Jeff came over and was just great. He found the problem pretty quickly and fixed the issue. He was very professional, very friendly, and knew his stuff. The final price was very reasonable.
Jeff made some really good suggestions regarding insulating the kitchen so that this kind of freezing
(frozen and split coupling) doesn’t happen again. I would use Jeff/Great Plumbing Co again if I ever have any more plumbing issues
