Jeff was terrific. He was available before his appointment time and called to see if it was okay to come early. He gave me an estimate for the work needed and realistically told me it could change after he saw what needed to be done after the toilet was taken off the floor. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I had a second task for an outdoor pipe and then he showed me how to prevent the pipe bursting again. I would highly recommend this company
