We've had the opportunity to work with sO Interiors on a few residential renovation jobs and they have been super to deal with from a Contractor's perspective. Susan is very detailed in assisting with the scope of work and takes care of all of the initial consulting with the Clients. All of the materials are on-site at the beginning of construction so we are not waiting on anything. Her drawings and 3D renderings are some of the best we've seen and she's always available and flexible with doing site visits throughout the duration of construction.

We contacted SO Interiors to help us renovate our main bathroom and master ensuite, and bedroom. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with - we cannot say enough good about our experience working with her. She tackled our reno as though it were her own, with the same care, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Susan kept our project on budget and on time. Susan was great at helping us determine where to best focus our efforts to achieve maximum results. As we plan to move within the next 5-7 years, it was important to us that the investments we made were wise choices and that the end product had style longevity and appeal for future resale. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished results and could never have achieved the end product without her help. We look forward to working with Susan on all our future design and decor projects.

Renovated our home in downtown Ottawa and SO Interiors did not disappoint. Sue was very lovely to work with, was always available to speak with, she was very through in her work and had great ideas for our home.

We submitted our house to be in a Christmas Home Tour in Cumberland Village and Susan came to our rescue and designed a beautiful display of heritage appeal. sO Interiors was fantastic! Susan did exactly what we wanted, and she was extremely accommodating to us and our needs. We actually hired her to do a condo in Ottawa while we were still living in Nunavut. Literally everything was done via email and phone and we were two friends owning this condo so she was working with both of us. Just her ability to do that speaks so much to her professionalism and flexibility. We were never there once during the entire process, putting our trust in Susan. Susan in turn kept us up to date via email and phone about the products she was selecting and any changes in style and pricing along the way. Finally, Susan was able to keep the budget within our limits by adjusting her plans, which we were so grateful for. And the finished product? Beautiful! Exactly what we hoped for, better really.
