First off I want to thank you Clancy for assisting us in getting your company to come out and inspect our property after we already had another company here that was doing nothing to help us. I was pretty stressed the day I talked to you and you made my day so much better.
When Holland came to our home, which turned out he could come one day earlier, we were so relived! Holland is a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable young man. He first went into our attic and confirmed our worse fears that Mama raccoon had babies, ugh! But no worries, Holland removed 6 babies and placed them in the baby box. While putting in the one way door, Holland heard another baby crying, oh boy, this Mama had snuck one baby away and was now laying in the soffit with baby 7. Luckily Holland got the baby and left one upset off Mama. Once everything was quiet, Mama came out, it was still light out and started to re-locate her babies. We were a little concerned when we could hear really loud screeching so sent Holland a text to update him. On a Saturday night he came back to check on the babies, went out and bought a new heating pad because he felt the other one wasn't working, and installed the new heating pad. Now that is going above and beyond. Today baby box check and all babies have been relocated! We cannot express how much we appreciate Holland's care of the animals and our home. We cannot thank Holland enough for everything he has done here for us!
