Some glitches were made but in the end it was all good
The original evaluation and quote went very pleasant, unfortunately during the install some problems did arise. Most of them were noticed in time and corrected.
All of the problems could be traced back to the fact that not everything ended up in the contract because of communication on details which were not written down in the paperwork so some wrong parts were delivered, but once it was discovered it was dealt with. Panorama even went that far to compensate for the inconvenience.
Some of the mistakes could not be rectified afterwards and because of that a five star review is not completely deserved.
I have to say however, that besides the glitches, everything went very well.
The install was very fast and professional, the work looks great and I'm sure we will see savings. Our old windows were over 30 years old and in dire need of replacement.
