our sales representative was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He didn’t bad mouth other companies as some sales reps did. The installers were great. They were very meticulous, and funny. They did a great job and were very conscious about making no messes. Any little bit that was made, they totally cleaned up. We highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was fantastic. The installers did a great job and kept the workplace clean. They made sure all areas were covered during installation and cleaned up after they were done. Cant wait to get the other windows done.

Best windows and door company that I have dealt with. Best price and options you can find. Doors delivered on time and installation was done very professionally. The installers covered the floors, removed old doors, installed new doors like clockwork, the trim was done like if it were their own home and did not leave until all was cleaned and I was happy with the work. I will for sure use them if I need something else and would highly recommend Panorama for all your windows and doors needs

We ordered 8 new double hung windows for our first floor and 2 storm doors with one entry door. Panorama did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend! They were on time, very professional and exceeded any expectations. When looking at getting new windows, we got quotes from a few other companies and although Panorama was not the cheapest, our rep was able to work with us and get a very comparable price for a much better rated product.

They answer the phone and get back to you promptly. Flexible as to the number of windows that one needs to replace, one or more; other companies have a minimum of three. The crew of three men was hard-working and respectful, and the job done thoroughly and with attention to the details.

From the initial visit through the installation, the entire process has been great. The quality of our new sliding patio door is the best available and the service has been the perfect complement to the product. Sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail and committed to customer satisfaction. Likewise, installation crew, who installed the door, took pride in the product and in their own skill - insuring there wasn't a single smudge or fingerprint on the door. We would have been proud to have dinner party guests looking at and through the door immediately after the installers left.
