Hardwood Floor and Stair case Installation
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My husband and I interviewed numerous hard floor installers prior to selecting TFC flooring for our project. Keen attended our residence and impressed us from the get go with his punctuality, patience and knowledge. He provided us with several options and took the time to answer all of questions. We had over 1000 square feet of flooring installed and had our staircase changed from honey oak wood spindles to wrought iron. We had a very tight time line for our project and Keen assured us that he and his team would get it done and get it done right. We were thoroughly impressed with level of professionalism and attention to detail that TFC flooring made for our project. Throughout the install, Keen was always available and answered our emails and phone calls promptly. Our floors look amazing and the custom staining match they did for our railings was spot on. What impressed us the most is that they really cared about keeping the house clean as they worked and constantly updated us along the way. They treated our house as if it was their own and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! We're so happy that we picked TFC for our project!!!!!
