I heard through a friend about Alex, he had done a basement Reno for them. They were overjoyed with the results. So I hired Alex to build some built. In Cabinets on either side of our TV. He was very clean and prompt and respectful of our dogs. I would hire him again.

Alex recently built an accessible washroom in my small basement apartment. He did an outstanding job of meeting all my accessibility requirements. He finished the job on time, even though he did a couple extra things along the way. His attention to detail and overall workmanship has the final product looking better than I had imagined. There was a lot involved in this project from framing, to trenching, sanding drywall ect, and at the end of the day he would clean everything as spotless as possible. He is very professional and pleasant to work with, I look forward to having him work on future projects in my home. Highly recommend using MacLeod Incorporated for any renovation.

Update

We recently decided to sell our home and hired this company to complete many upgrades in a short amount of time.

Alex did an excellent job with the upgrade in our kitchen. He is professional and very knowledgeable. This is a 90 year old house and the installation required customization and accuracy. We were very pleased with the transformation of our kitchen and would highly recommend Alex for any complex work you need done.

Bathroom Renovation #1 – Flooring & leveling, faucet, baseboards/trim
This bathroom was a challenge but Alex found the solution and the results were meticulous.

Bathroom Renovation #2 - Horrible washroom in the basement that was never finished. Alex transformed this space with new bathtub wall liner, new shower, sink, vanity, paint and trim and reinstalled flooring. Amazing!

General carpentry & finishing work - Alex updated our baseboard and trim in several rooms, addressed problem areas with the old woodwork throughout the house. The results were a beautiful finished look.

We've had Alex do multiple jobs over the past few years - fiddly kitchen back splash tiling, a full bathroom reno, an outdoor patio roof, interiors doors and, most recently, replacing a sliding door with a smaller window, requiring interior trim and drywall and exterior trim and siding.

We have never had a contractor in our home who is so clean and neat and protects everything in sight. At the end of the day tools and materials are stored out of our way and disruption is minimal.

Alex had full access to our house while we were working with our complete trust.
