On Nov 30th, we noticed that the hot water was not working as per normal. We called two plumbers and decided to go with Mr. Rooter. We made the right choice. Our service man Alex was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly and without mess. Alex took the time to clearly explain the problem. He is reliable, trustworthy and we would recommend him to other customers.
