My father, who is elderly and has some dementia, flushed something down the toilet and clogged it completely. Chris Ford quickly unclogged the toilet, scrubbed it and cleaned up. It was a rather embarrassing situation for us, but Chris was very understanding. He was courteous and friendly and explained everything that he would be doing. This was the first time we've ever needed to call someone to deal with a plumbing issue. If we ever have plumbing problems again, we won't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter, and we would certainly ask for Chris.
