Floor drain in our laundry room started to back up when we used kitchen sink or laundry room faucets. Chris arrived within two hours of my call and cleared the blockage. Camera inspection of the sewer drains showed potential problems with clay pipes that have shifted. Chris suggested repair options to help me work within my budget. He also explained the protection a backwater valve offers - something I've been thinking about since living with the mess of a sewer backup during the flooding of July 2013.
