leak in main bathroom plumbing; pipes needed modification
Robert arrived earlier than expected, was courteous, efficient and tidy. He had to do a bit of "creative plumbing" to fix the problem because whoever worked on it originally was "creative" but not in a good way. Robert explained to me what he was going to do and told me the cost up front; there were no surprises. It was a stressless service call and I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. If you're lucky, you have Robert knock on your door!
