Our main sewer line was plugged (filled with roots). We were unaware until we had a small flood in our basement. I called Mr Rooter and indicated the urgency of the situation. They were able to get someone out within 2 hours which I thought was outstanding.

They unplugged the drain and scoped it and showed me the invasion of roots and dirt. We decided to remotely install a new drain lining to prevent the roots from proceeding. They put the charge of the emergency call against the larger job. Three days later they came out and were very efficient in re-lining the drain. They explained all to me and showed me the end result (via a scope again). Very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of staff.
