Unclogging basement floor drain
1/2 day job, which came to $1000 per hour.
The servis was for unclogging a basement drain. After replacing 1 ft of drain pipe, the remaining part of the drain was still clogged. The rep asked us to pay additional money for clearing the blockage. We referred to the agreed upon terms of the service and did not pay extra for completing the service.
The work was done well, but I feel that we were taken unfair advantage of.
