We called them because the ice maker in our refrigerator was not working. The serviceman who looked at it said the water pump needed replacement, even though there was no issue with the water dispenser.
He ordered and replaced the pump on a second visit, with no change in the ice maker function. The serviceman said to wait 48 hours
We informed the company that the ice maker still did not work and they responded that we would have to buy a new ice maker.
We asked for a refund for the water pump and labour charges and they refused.
The "manager" would not give his name and said he would talk to his "general manager".
I expect to pay for the initial service call, but not for parts and labour that did not address the original problem
