Five years ago, we hired Vargas Family Roofing and Exteriors to work on our house. We were asking for several things to be done, and they were the only company who would do all the work. New roof, soffits, fascia, eaves, topped up attic insulation, and added 2 sun tunnels...everything was so well done and still looks/functions amazingly. From initial contact to job completion - every detail was perfect. From the presentation and quote, to the timing and communication, and to the job itself. I don't remember the last time a contractor job went exactly to plan! We love the end result - new roof so clean and crisp looking - and a much better colour match to our brick. The end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup was immaculate, with all of our outdoor furniture and gazebo put back exactly where they had been! Will not hesitate to call them again for any future jobs!

Jenny, Elian and the team were awesome to work with. When we had an issue with our roof and a few shingles that came off during a storm in late 2020, they came out the next day to do the needed repairs and didn't charge us for the work done. When a wind storm again came in early 2021, they scheduled us in a few days later to get the roof done, knowing the damage that it had caused. They were prompt, clean, professional and kept the property tidy as they did their work. I appreciate the extra step in coming out quickly and to also make sure everything was done in the proper way. Our roof was replaced after 15 years of the original builder's standard and in choosing a company to do work with, I would highly recommend Vargas. You pay for what you get and I am happy with the work they have done and that this is a premium job completed so that I know its a quality job and not one that needs to be done in a few years again.
