Had an antenna installed by Shin several years ago and have not regretted that decision to "cut the cord" with expensive cable and satellite companies. I recall Tech Unbound was the only company at the time that offered to come and do a signal test to show which channels we could expect to get which certainly helped make the decision easier. We currently get 30-40 channels including all of the major US and Canadian networks in crystal clear HD. Occasionally we've needed a service call to adjust the antenna. Initially, this was free as part of the installation package but have paid what I consider to be a reasonable call-out fee on 2 other occasions, especially when compared to the thousands of $$$ I've saved over the years. Have always found Shin and Ally to be knowledgeable, reliable and courteous.
