I can only say the best things about the professional service provided by Tile Grout Restoration. Greg came to our condo and carefully inspected our bathroom and shower. He explained the scope of work that needed doing and provided an economical estimate. He promised that our bathroom would look like new when he was finished!
Greg arrived exactly at the time promised. He brought his helper with him and they both worked non stop for 9 hours to complete the work in one day as promised. Greg pointed out the reasons for the mould around the base of the shower, took extreme care to clean, disinfect and dry the areas and prepared for the new coloured grout sealer. They also removed all silicone caulking from inside and outside the complete shower, cleaned all surfaces, steamed and dissinfected the complete shower area then applied the sealer and new silicone. We also had Greg apply coulored sealer to all the grout lines on the bathroom floor. The final result was amazing!
He cleaned up the area and even did a complimentary silicone on our second bathroom vanity at my request.
The invoice was exactly what was quoted.
I can only give Tile and Grout Restoration the highest recommendation and would not hesitate recommending Greg to all our friends.
