We found Tile Grout Restoration through HomeStars. We used them to clean up the tile and grouting in our bathroom, which we renovated eight years ago and was in need of attention. Their service representatives were excellent, and they performed excellent work. We are very happy with the outcome, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Len and Greg provided excellent service. Their team arrived on time and worked diligently, skilfully removing and re-installing a natural-slate bathroom floor that had many loose tiles and crumbling grout. This was a day-long job. They also re-caulked the bathtub as well as our marble vanity top. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them.

Our shower stall was leaking and mould had gotten into the grout and silicone. Greg came and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work required with a number of options at different prices. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive route. In fact, he emphasized that it was more an aesthetic choice and that the cheaper way would work as well.
We did choose the pricier option which involved the use of colour sealer as opposed to clear sealer.
Greg and his co worker Ash arrived punctually and worked diligently without any breaks for a full day. The job was originally to take only a single day, but Greg had to return the next morning for four more hours to finish it.
They were clean and respectful of our premises. They put down drop cloths throughout the house where they needed to walk and did a thorough cleanup of the worksite at the end.
Greg explained what they were doing at every stage. He had the pride of a true craftsman by taking his time and doing the job right.
We couldn't be happier with the result. The stall, covered in small white marble tiles, sparkled like new when they were done. The leak is gone.

Len gave us an estimate via photos over the internet and then came out to finalize the quote. The work was a full day. Greg showed up on time and completed the work as promised. We had our stand up shower redone a few weeks back but we wanted to wait until we've put it to good use before posting any comments.

Long story short, you need to go with Tile Grout Restoration. The finished product has been nothing short of AMAZING.

The team was able to give me a quote over the phone and it was in the ballpark of others I checked out but liked that they focused on this type of problems and didn't try to be a jack of all trades. They managed to slip me into their schedule which was great even though they were fully booked for weeks. They tore out the crappy old grout, put some bad a$$ stuff in and then resealed it all and re-caulked the whole shower.

On the day of, they showed up on time. Don't let the burly man look fool you, they were the nicest gents I've ever met. Job took them about 5 hours but as said, I don't regret a cent that we spent on it. I have already passed their info onto other in our complex because I'm that confident in their work. I have more work coming up as well and I will definitely be using them again.

I hired Greg around 3 weeks ago to work on our ensuite shower. He fixed some tiles, regrouted some areas, added new silicone and did a thorough cleaning. He also recaulked the bathtub. Greg and his helper were fantastic! Very polite and courteous of your home. He even put down mats on all the carpets so that he wouldn't get them dirty and he did a thorough vacuum of our bathroom after he finished his work.
