It was an extremely unpleasant experience!
All the stages of construction were poorly executed.
There is no concept of the project because nothing is shown to you on paper. So what they think in their mind is what you are going to get and that's certainly not what you want.
Demolition was extremely unprofessional causing damage to neighbours' properties. The people who did the demolition did not know anything about what the nature of the project is so they just "demolished".
The timelines are not met. The workers don't show up for days.
Since there is no good plan, there is a lot of re-dos. It's waste of time and energy and very frustrating.
The contract says warranty for 2 years. After two years of talking, calling, emailing and complaining , we still had tons of residual issues that were never addressed. The final email response I got from the manager of the company was "I don't know what you're talking about". How unprofessional!
As mentioned above the whole project was one stressful project with extreme final dissatisfaction.
Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.
